10/10 highly recommend this urgent care! They treated both of my children at the same time, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, compassionate, and attentive. A special thank-you to the nurse Patricia, who was absolutely amazing with my children. She was so patient, caring, and attentive, and she made what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much easier for them. ❤️ One of my sons needed a CAT scan, and I was so touched by how thoughtful the staff was throughout the process. They gave him stickers and a brand-new teddy bear to help comfort him. Both of my children also received a Bravery Certificate, which included a free meal from Canes🎉 Those little acts of kindness meant so much to us and truly showed how much this team cares about their young patients. Thank you to everyone at this urgent care, and especially Patricia, for taking such wonderful care of my babies. We left feeling grateful that they did everything they were able to do for my children during this visit. I highly recommend this urgent care to any parent looking for compassionate, patient, and exceptional care for their children! ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about SignatureCare ER in Killeen. From the moment I walked in, every single person treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine empathy. A special thank you to my nurse, Stacey. She made me feel so comfortable and at home during a stressful time. Having someone like her as part of my care team made such a positive impact on my experience. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. Dr. G (not sure how to spell his name) was also incredibly thorough, took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that makes you feel this valued and supported. I will absolutely come back to SignatureCare ER whenever I need emergency care. Thank you to everyone at SignatureCare for providing such exceptional care!

I came in for what looked like a minor wound but felt like a major concern, and from the start I was treated with so much patience and understanding. The doctor truly took the time to talk with me, explain things clearly, and walk me through my options without rushing. Both he and the nurse were incredibly personable and made me feel completely at ease. I’m still here and couldn’t wait to leave a glowing review. I now know exactly where to go when I need real, compassionate care. Thank you so much, Dr. Jones and Nurse Amanda! Your team is exactly what patient care in healthcare should look like.

100% recommend this place for a rather quick turnaround and their great service. Between myself and my family, we visited 3 times so far and every visit was a pleasure. I say it’s great because the team makes sure you’re comfortable by providing a warm blanket, dim the light if desired, turn the TV on/off for you if asked, and continuously check on you. It’s like a VIP treatment you get there because it’s a little thing that adds up to have patients feel cared. They also thoroughly explain what they give you when testing, giving injection, sharing results, etc. I think every clinic should mirror this type of care because patients go in vulnerably and with concerns. A little empathy goes a long way.

I had a great experience at Signature Care. Dr. Iheme and Nurse Kelli took excellent care of me. I'm so glad I decided to go to Signature Care. I felt much better before I left. Thank you to the entire Signature Care staff for your compassion, kindness, and professionalism.
